- Credits: 12 class credits valid across all training disciplines.
- Expiration: Strict 45-day validity window designed to enforce consistency.

Why We Do This
Moving together is more than just sweating it out. At Rising Loka, I see fitness as a way to connect - with yourself and with others. It’s not just about getting fit, it’s about finding your people and feeling at home. Some days you come for the workout, some days you come for the peace. Either way, you’re investing in yourself.
What’s On Offer
- Strength & Conditioning: In our GROUNDED space, I run small group strength training sessions (just 5-6 folks per class). We do progressive overload, HIIT, bootcamp, and even Femme Fit for women who want to lift together. There’s Kettle Bell Burn, Suspension Sculpt, and days focused on legs, back, or chest.
- Flow & Flexibility: In the RISING space, you’ll find yoga and pilates group sessions. We do Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Mat Pilates. Props are always around to help you get deeper into poses or just chill out.
How It Feels
Classes are intentionally small, so you get real attention from trainers. No packed rooms, no feeling lost. I’m here to guide your form, keep you safe, and help you progress at your own pace.

My Story
Hey, we’re Rising Loka. We wanted a place that’s more than mats and dumbbells – somewhere you can just be, maybe laugh, maybe sweat, maybe cry. Some days it’s Yoga Nidra and peace, other days you’re pushing limits in strength class. We do writing workshops, puppy adoption, and sometimes just sit and talk. It’s a bit messy, always real. We’re about rising together, no matter what mood you walk in with.
