About Explore New Ways to Move

Our specialty classes, such as Femme Fit and Animal Flow, are capped at 10 to 12 participants. This limit ensures you receive actual guidance on your form rather than just getting lost in a crowded room. It is less about achieving perfect athleticism on day one and more about finding a movement style that keeps you consistently showing up, whether you want to hit a bag, dance, or master a new primal movement pattern.

Finding a fitness routine that actually sticks is half the battle. At Rising Loka, we built our specialty sessions to break the monotony of traditional lifting and cardio, giving you a chance to play while you train.

Specialty Classes at Rising Loka

  • MMA & Boxing: Led by our coaches, these sessions are a powerhouse of energy. You will work on cardio, hand-eye coordination, and stress release. It is not just about learning to fight; it is about getting that 'champion' feeling in a safe, supportive environment.
  • Femme Fit: A dance-based workout designed to build confidence. We combine challenging movements with upbeat tracks. You will likely walk out with a sore core and a smile.
  • Animal Flow: If you feel stiff from sitting at a desk, this is your antidote. These classes focus on ground-based movement patterns that improve mobility and strength simultaneously.
  • POUND Sessions: Using Ripstix, we turn cardio into a drumming session. It is an electrifying way to combine rhythm and sweat, making an hour of exercise feel like a jam session.
