We cap our strength sessions at six people, which is a game changer for your form. We designed our GROUNDED space for people who want results but dislike the chaos of standard commercial gyms. When you sign up for a strength block, you get a dedicated coach guiding you through functional movements like deadlifts, squats, and presses. We use a four-week cycle structure so you can see your own progression, adding weight, improving form, and mastering movements like pull-ups over time.
