Why We Dance
At Studio Tranquility, we’re all about finding calm in the madness of Bombay. For us, fitness means moving with joy, not slogging through routines. Our dance fitness sessions are more about feeling alive than chasing perfection. If you’re tired of boring gym stuff, this is your spot.
What’s On Offer
- Bollywood Dance Workout: We go full dhamaka with Bollywood tracks. It’s a jam, not a class. You’ll sweat, laugh, and probably forget you’re working out.
- Zumba Fitness Class: High-energy, super fun, and led by certified instructors. Sometimes we throw free workshops, so you can just drop in and see if it’s your thing.
- Senior Dance Exercise: Age is just a number here. Our seniors are our ‘bachhe’ - the energy is contagious. We focus on strength, connection, and just feeling awesome.

My Story
Hey, I’m Venky Uncle. Studio Tranquility is our family’s dream - me, Vaidehi, Alamelu, and a bunch of regulars who feel like family too. We wanted a spot in Bombay where you just walk in, breathe out, and move. Sometimes, it’s yoga, sometimes bhangra, sometimes just laughing with the Dance Fit Bachhe seniors. No stress about how you look or if you’re a pro. Just come, find your calm, join our madness.
My Work
Yoga, Dance & Fitness Classes - We run everything - traditional yoga, aerial yoga for kids and adults, salsa, Bollywood, bhangra, heels, semi-classical.
Expert Instructors & Choreographers - Our teachers come from places like The Yoga Institute and Bollywood, bringing real energy to every session.
All Are Welcome - Beginner, pro, old, young, any gender - just show up. No partner needed. Vibe is always ekdam mast (superb).
