My Story

Hey, we’re Rising Loka. We wanted a place that’s more than mats and dumbbells – somewhere you can just be, maybe laugh, maybe sweat, maybe cry. Some days it’s Yoga Nidra and peace, other days you’re pushing limits in strength class. We do writing workshops, puppy adoption, and sometimes just sit and talk. It’s a bit messy, always real. We’re about rising together, no matter what mood you walk in with.

Classes for Mind & Body - We offer Yoga Nidra classes, Mat Pilates, Animal Flow workouts, and fusion sessions for all levels.

Rising & Grounded Paths - Choose flow-based yoga or small group strength training, HIIT, and bootcamps. Mix and match your way.

Open To All - Beginner or pro, you’re welcome. Small classes mean you get attention and support from our teachers.

Community Beyond Fitness - Journaling workshops, writing for overthinkers, moon gatherings, and puppy adoption drives. We grow together.
