Fitness, But Make It Simple
Fit toh sab hona chahte hai (Everyone wants to be fit), but figuring out how is tough sometimes. I make fitness simple. My group training programs are about real strength and skill, not just counting kilos lost. We do resistance training, focus on injury prevention, and build a body that actually helps you - no shortcuts, no magic, just honest work.
More Than Just a Gym
We call ourselves '#PeopleOfTheSpace' because this is a community, not just a workout spot. The vibe here is different - supportive, fun, and full of energy. You get that celebrity style attention to technique, and we celebrate every win, big or small. Kyunki perfection se zyada progress matters (Progress matters more than perfection).
What Goes Down in Group Sessions
- Strength and conditioning group classes are our main focus. Learn proper deadlifts, squats, bench press.
- We mix in HIIT training for groups – heart rate spikes, sweaty faces, and lots of endurance.
- Specialty stuff like Bodypump, Pilates, Yoga for balance and flexibility.
- Skill clinics if you want to nail that deadlift or try something new.
- Fun extras: Landmine Mondays, Community WODs, outdoor sessions.
Beginners Welcome
If you’re new or nervous, you’ll fit right in. Our beginner-friendly group workouts are designed to teach you the basics, help you move right, and build up your confidence. Most of our strongest folks started exactly where you are now.
Level Up With Challenges
We run fitness transformation challenges like 'Summer Shred' and monthly competitions to keep you motivated. PR Days are wild - the whole crew cheering you as you hit personal bests. It’s all about progress, not perfection.

My Story
People think we’re all sorted because we run a fitness studio, but trust me, we’ve had our own messy days. Sometimes you’re flying, sometimes you’re just dragging yourself through. Fitness isn’t just business for us - it’s what brings us back, again and again. My partner Gigi and I built 'The Space' so folks can walk in and feel like it’s theirs. Yaar, nothing matches coaching on the floor, cheering our people on. This place? It’s home, full of real connections and strength.
