We keep our batches small, capping strength sessions at 6 people and yoga at 12. This isn't just about space; it ensures our trainers can actually see your form, guide your movements, and keep you safe while you push your limits.

At Rising Loka, we operate through two distinct spaces. Our 'Rising' space is for flow, flexibility, and mindfulness, covering Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, alongside Mat Pilates. If you need to build physical power, our 'Grounded' space hosts small-group strength training, HIIT, and bootcamps with a focus on progressive overload. We aren't a high-volume, intimidating gym. We are a studio for those who want actual guidance. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced lifter, our trainers work to meet you exactly where you are. We offer structured packages like our 3-class intro pass, allowing you to sample both our strength and flow disciplines without a long-term commitment. We also emphasize consistency with our 12-session packs, designed to keep you moving at least twice a week.
