About Find Your Class: Weekly Schedules
With small batch sizes—capped at 5-6 participants for strength training and 10-12 for our yoga flows—you are never just a number here. We build our weekly schedule to be flexible, allowing you to mix and match our RISING flow sessions with GROUNDED strength workouts to create a routine that actually fits your life in Khar West.
At Rising Loka, we divide our practice into two distinct spaces. Our RISING space is designed for flow and recovery, featuring Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Mat Pilates. If you are looking to build strength, our GROUNDED space is dedicated to small group training, where we focus on progressive overload, HIIT, bootcamp, and kettlebell sessions.
We know that your schedule changes, and your fitness needs change with it. That is why our credit system is designed for flexibility. Whether you grab a single drop-in or one of our 12-session packs, your credits are transferable between our strength and flow sessions. We want you to listen to your body—some days you might need to sweat it out in a HIIT class, while other days call for a deep Yin stretch.
Because our batches are intentionally kept small, you get actual attention from your trainer. You won't find lost-in-the-crowd energy here. Whether you are a beginner or have been lifting for years, our instructors are there to check your form, keep you safe, and help you progress at your own pace.
