Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, our classes are designed around small group sizes so you receive real attention. We use props to help you deepen into postures safely and incorporate hands-on adjustments, so you leave every session feeling more aligned and less tense than when you walked in.
Our RISING space is built for those who want to move with intention. We focus on quality over quantity, keeping class sizes capped at 10 to 12 participants. This allows our instructors to guide your form, provide personalized adjustments, and ensure you are working at a pace that actually benefits your body.
