About My Style: Flips & Demos

Notice the padding and mats in these clips? That is my number one rule: safety first. Whether you are learning your first backhandspring or working on advanced calisthenics, I never just throw you into it. We start with manual spotting, then move to foam mats, and only when you are confident, we go free. It is all about building muscle memory so you can flip without fear.

My Approach to Flips and Parkour

When you see these clips, you are seeing years of practice, but you are also seeing the safety net I provide for all my students. I believe everyone has a 'flipper' inside them—it just takes the right environment and consistent support.

Why Train with Me?

  • Manual Spotting: I don't just show you a move and walk away. I stay right there to support your back or hold your legs until your body gets the rhythm of the flip.
  • Progressive Training: We don't jump to backflips on day one. We start with basics—rolls, vaults, and conditioning—to make sure your body is ready for the impact.
  • Padded Safety: My Laxmi Nagar academy is equipped with crash mats and barrel rollers. You will try, you will fall, and you will get back up without injury.

Whether you are a complete beginner, a kid wanting to learn basic gymnastics, or an adult trying to get into calisthenics, the goal is the same: push your limits.

Common Questions:

  • Do I need to be fit already? No. We build your strength and flexibility as part of the process.
  • Is there an age limit? No. Kids and adults are both welcome. The only requirement is that you show up.
  • Where do we train? We have regular group classes at my academy in Laxmi Nagar, but I also provide 1-on-1 personal training at your home across Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad.
