I help you push your limits through gymnastics and parkour, whether you are 8 or 38. From your first backflip to advanced vaults, we train step-by-step in a safe, fully padded environment.

This is what it’s all about. I provide hands-on support to guide you through every step of learning a backflip, ensuring you build confidence safely on our soft crash mats.

It’s an amazing feeling to see my youngest students fly. We make learning parkour and gymnastics fun and safe for kids, building their strength and coordination from an early age.

Learning a backhandspring starts with mastering the basics. I use equipment like this padded barrel to help you understand the movement and build muscle memory safely before you try it on the floor.

Can't make it to the academy? No problem. I offer personal parkour and gymnastics training at your home, complete with safety mats and a customized plan for kids and adults.

Building upper body strength is key for parkour and calisthenics. Here, I'm assisting a student with bar exercises to help her develop the power needed for moves like pull-ups and muscle-ups.

Parkour is about moving over obstacles with efficiency. In my classes, we break down essential vaults and jumps, so you can navigate any environment with confidence.

Sometimes you just have to find a cool spot and flip. This is my style, mixing gymnastics with the freedom of outdoor parkour.

The energy in our group classes is incredible. Here we are, all ages and skill levels, practicing jumps together and pushing each other to get better.

We do not start with impossible moves. I use thick crash mats and manual spotting for every single rep, so you can learn a backflip, backhandspring, or parkour vault without the fear of hitting the floor. We break everything down in slow motion until you have the technique right.

How We Train

We focus on bodyweight control and proper mechanics. Whether you join my weekend batch or opt for 1-on-1 personal training, the curriculum remains focused on safety and progression. We use equipment like barrel rollers for backbend drills and padded vault boxes to build your confidence.
