About Master the Backhandspring
You don't need to be an athlete to start. I use specialized barrel rollers to guide your body through the correct arch and snap-down motion, which completely removes the fear of falling. My hands-on spotting ensures you are always safe while we build the muscle memory required for a perfect backhandspring.
The backhandspring is as much mental as it is physical. My classes in Laxmi Nagar focus on breaking that mental block through progressive drills. We start with basic handstands and roundoffs, then move to barrel support to get your body used to the arch and jump.

How we progress
We follow a step-by-step approach. You start by learning the snap-down, then we combine it with the back arch using the roller, and finally, we take it to the floor. For those who want more privacy, I also offer home training sessions across Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. Don't worry about where you are starting from. We will get you to that backhandspring.
