About Women's Self-Defense & Fitness
Real progress does not come from just cardio. My training focuses on actual fight mechanics, like perfecting your pad work and the core-solidifying drills we call 'Friday survival.' You will not just sweat here; you will learn to hit with precision and keep your guard up, just like the students who have already transformed their strength and confidence.
Too many women's classes are just glorified aerobics. This is different. We focus on the 'why' behind every punch and kick. When we work on your stance or teach you how to generate power from your hips, you aren't just burning calories. You are building the muscle memory required for actual self-defense.
My approach blends boxing, kickboxing, and BJJ-inspired grappling. If you are training for fitness, you will see the results in your mirror and your stamina. If you are training for safety, you will learn how to read a situation and react instinctively. We drill the basics until they become second nature.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your existing technique, my sessions are designed to make you resilient. You will learn to hold pads correctly, move effectively, and handle high-intensity training. No shortcuts. Just consistent, hard work.
