Wednesday is leg day. A strong lower body is the foundation for powerful kicks. This drill focuses on leg strength and core stability, which helps reduce belly fat and increase stamina.

About Kickboxing & Striking Drills
You will be holding Thai pads as often as you are hitting them here. This is non-negotiable because holding pads teaches you the timing and distance that you cannot learn just by hitting a heavy bag alone. It is how we drill my 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो' (Hey brother, watch your step) philosophy into you—hitting is useless if you don't understand how to move and keep your defense tight.
Drill Down to the Basics
People often think kickboxing is just swinging limbs. That is how you get injured. In our Juhu and Goregaon sessions, we start with the stance. You drill your jabs, hooks, and roundhouse kicks until they are muscle memory. If you are training for weight loss, the intensity of these striking drills is unmatched—you are not just doing cardio, you are building explosive power and core stability.
Why Technique Matters
My classes are not about mindless punching. We focus on the 'why' behind every movement.
- Footwork: I watch your steps constantly. If your feet are wrong, your power is gone.
- Defense: Hitting is only half the battle. Blocking, checking kicks, and head movement are drilled until you stop thinking and start reacting.
- Pad Work: This is where we sharpen your focus. Holding pads for a partner teaches you distance, timing, and how to read a striker.
Whether you are a beginner looking to burn fat or someone prepping for the ring, the focus remains the same: hard work pays off. We train in a mix of English and Hindi to keep things simple—"कभी भी हम डक करते हैं" (Whenever we duck, okay?) is a phrase you will hear often. It is about precision. We use resistance bands for explosive movement and focus mitts for speed. If you show up, I promise the results will show up in your mirror, your stamina, and your confidence.
