When you step into my ring, you learn more than just throwing punches. We spend our first weeks drilling the 'U' shape ducking movement to evade hooks and roundhouse kicks, because real boxing is about defense first. You will not just stand and trade; you will learn how to read your opponent and protect yourself, turning those defensive movements into instinct.

At my studio in Vile Parle, we strip away the fluff and focus entirely on the fundamentals. We start with the basics—stance, footwork, and defensive awareness. You will learn the 'U' shape duck to evade hooks and how to slip punches properly. My coaching philosophy, which I call 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो' (Bro, watch your step), means we train you to look left, right, forward, and backward. You need to know where your feet are at all times before you can generate real power.
My training is WAKO, KFI, and MMAFI certified, so you are learning legitimate, competition-ready techniques. We offer:
