About Kids' Martial Arts
Martial arts is not just about punches, it is about discipline and coordination. I teach my students, 'ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो' (Hey brother, watch your step) — a reminder to always be aware of your surroundings, whether you are attacking or defending. Your child will learn to control their body, respect the mat, and build actual physical strength through repetitive, structured drills.

It is not just about learning to fight. At my gym, it is about building a foundation that lasts a lifetime. We focus on physical literacy, confidence, and resilience.
What They Will Learn
My curriculum is built on certifications from WAKO and MMAFI. Your child will not just 'play around' — they will learn the technical mechanics of:
- Boxing Basics: Footwork, head movement, and jab-cross combinations.
- Kickboxing & Striking: Proper stance, balance, and controlled strikes using pads and shields.
- Self-Defense: Practical awareness and situational drills that help them protect themselves.
A Structured Path
We use a clear belt progression system, from yellow belt onwards. This gives kids a tangible goal to work towards. They learn that if they show up, listen to the coach, and put in the work, they will improve. That is a lesson that helps them in school, at home, and everywhere else.
Safety First
Every session is monitored closely. We use high-quality pads, focus mitts, and safety gear. The environment is family-oriented—we keep it supportive, not aggressive. Whether it is an after-school group class or a weekend workshop, my team ensures every kid is training safely while burning off that extra energy in the healthiest way possible.
