Yoga is more than just stretching; it is the calming of the mind. Join me for sessions that blend traditional philosophy with mindful movement to help you find true stillness.

A moment of peace and meditation by the Ganga in Rishikesh at night. Connecting with nature and stillness is the essence of yoga.

This video reflects on the four pillars of life: Satya (truth), Tap (discipline), Daya (compassion), and Daan (charity). These principles are the foundation of my practice.

"Breathing in, I am aware of my whole body. Breathing out, I calm my whole body." A moment of meditative awareness.

A moment of prayer and intention. The practice of yoga extends beyond the physical postures into a state of mindful being.

Brahmamuhurta, the sacred time before sunrise, is the most potent time for meditation and self-reflection.

This video demonstrates a sequence of calming poses like Butterfly, Rabbit, Plow, and Bow pose, perfect for a meditative and restorative practice.

Dhyana, or meditation, is the instrument for gaining self-knowledge. Here, I am in a state of dhyana amidst the beauty of nature.

A moment of gratitude in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. The energy of this place is a constant source of inspiration.

About The Spiritual Path: Meditation & Philosophy

Most people think meditation is just sitting still, but I believe it is about removing the physical noise first. In these sessions, we focus on specific alignment and breathwork to release tension in your hips and back before we attempt to quiet the mind, making deep meditation accessible even if you are new to the practice.

Understanding My Approach

My practice is built on the sutra Yogas-citta-vrtti-nirodhah—the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. In this cluster, I take you beyond basic exercise. We work on the foundation of Satya (truth), Tap (discipline), Daya (compassion), and Daan (charity) to ensure your practice extends beyond the mat.

What We Cover

  • Pranayama & Breathwork: We use controlled breathing to regulate the nervous system, helping you manage stress and improve mental clarity.
  • Mindful Movement: Using a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, we hold poses to build strength while remaining in a meditative state. This is not about rushing; it is about feeling the stretch and breathing into the tightness.
  • Brahmamuhurta Practice: I teach techniques suitable for the early hours, taking advantage of the natural sattva (purity) in the atmosphere to deepen your meditation.
  • Philosophy in Action: We apply ancient principles to modern life. Whether you are dealing with burnout or just seeking a quieter mind, we use these tools to build resilience.

How It Works

I offer these sessions both online and in-person across Delhi NCR. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to be willing. We will use props like blocks and straps to make sure your body is supported, allowing your mind to focus on the meditation rather than physical strain. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your spiritual practice, I am here to guide you at your own pace.
