At Phenomenal MMA Academy, fitness isn't just about lifting weights or running on treadmills. We go way beyond the usual - think of it like building a machine, not just a body. Our style comes straight from martial arts, so expect every session to be demanding, intense, and nothing like your average gym.

Soulful Performance, Every Rep

Training here is more than physical. We call it 'soulful performance' - every move has purpose. It's about syncing body, mind, emotion, and energy. Sometimes we chat about wild things like spirituality and inner balance - it's all part of the process. If you want just a workout, this isn’t it. Here, it's expression.

How We Train

  • Strength & Raw Power: Hex bars, Smith machines, big tires, kettlebells - all that to build real, functional strength.
  • High-Intensity MMA fitness: HIIT sessions that'll have you gasping. Short bursts, quick breaks, and always someone yelling bega bega! (faster, faster!) or matthe mado (do it again).
  • Movement & Flow: Bodyweight moves, calisthenics, and animal flow drills. You’ll learn to move like a beast, not just look strong.

Who Can Join?

Everyone from serious athletes prepping for competition to beginners just trying to get in shape. We tweak the training for your level. Whether your goal is weight loss, sport-specific performance, or just feeling stronger, you’ll fit in.

The Experience

Sometimes we’re in the gym, sometimes outdoors doing early morning sprints or circuits. When I say saku (enough), you know you’ve earned a break. It’s always tough, always real.

My Story

Hey, Raj Viperidae here, founder at Phenomenal MMA Academy. Some call me South Coast Gangster, but mostly I’m just that guy patching up his shoulder and rolling back into the cage. Fights get messy, injuries mess with your head, but you gotta keep moving, do your physio, and get back in. Off the mat, we chill, play foosball, and talk about aliens and spirituality. I’m big on balance – Hatha Yoga, Sadhguru, small steps. Shambo.
