Raw strength is the foundation. Here, I'm working with the hex bar for deadlifts, a key exercise for building full-body power. This was part of my own recovery process, pushing through limitations because the mind is the most important muscle to train.

The air in my gym isn't conditioned, it’s earned. We operate a garage-style setup in Jayanagar and Whitefield, ditching the typical gym machines for tractor tires, kettlebells, and heavy bags.
