We run distinct tracks for combat sports and high-intensity conditioning, meaning you do not have to be a fighter to train like one. Whether you are looking for technical Jiu-Jitsu drills or a session to burn calories, we match the intensity to your current fitness level.

Combat Sports Training
We do not just teach moves, we teach the science of fighting.

Our Coaching Philosophy
Every session at our Jayanagar academy is designed to be demanding. You will hear us yelling 'bega bega' (faster) because we train for performance under pressure. We keep our groups small enough to offer form correction on the floor. Whether you are a beginner or a serious athlete, we adjust the drills so you can work safely but hard. It is always tough, it is always real, and when I say 'saku' (enough), you know you have earned your break.
