Unlimited Group Kickboxing & HIIT Membership
Training Format
- Daily Batches: Access to scheduled 60-minute group sessions involving shadow boxing, air-striking combos, and high-rep movement drills.
- HIIT Integration: Includes bodyweight intervals like burpees, mountain climbers, and squat jumps within the "Workout of the Day" (WOD).
- Equipment Use: Usage of hanging vinyl/leather heavy bags, speed bags, tractor tires, and battle ropes during class hours.
Coaching & Supervision
- Instructor Led: Sessions dictated by national-level coaches who circulate among 10-15 students for form correction.
- Partner Drills: Includes interactive pad work where students hold focus mitts for one another under supervision.

- Environment: Open-terrace semi-outdoor setup on the 4th floor with industrial fans and natural ventilation (No AC).
- Flooring: High-density puzzle mats provided for joint protection during barefoot training.
