Heavy bag drills are essential for any fighter or fitness client looking to improve their striking. In this video, I'm demonstrating a combination of kicks and punches, focusing on generating power from the ground up and maintaining a fluid rhythm.

Pad work is a two-way conversation. As a coach, I'm not just holding pads; I'm reading my student's movement, energy, and intent. This allows me to correct form in real-time and push them to strike with purpose and precision.
