Heavy bag drills are essential for any fighter or fitness client looking to improve their striking. In this video, I'm demonstrating a combination of kicks and punches, focusing on generating power from the ground up and maintaining a fluid rhythm.
Pad work is a two-way conversation. As a coach, I'm not just holding pads; I'm reading my student's movement, energy, and intent. This allows me to correct form in real-time and push them to strike with purpose and precision.
About MMA-Based Conditioning
This isn’t a treadmill-and-mirrors gym. Every session is structured like a fight camp—whether you’re here to cut weight or prep for the ring. When I’m holding pads or yelling bega bega (faster, faster!), you’ll feel the difference between just moving and training for a purpose. It’s about building a machine, not just a body.
We move beyond standard cardio. Think of it as 'soulful performance'—where every rep has an intention, whether it's a strike, a sprawl, or a circuit set. We use tools like tractor tires, sledgehammers, and battle ropes alongside HIIT, but the focus is always on that 'South Coast Gangster' intensity. You'll learn to move like a beast, not just look like one.
We track progress with monthly check-ins for our transformation programs and provide a standard 'Fighter Diet' template. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s meant to push your limits. Whether you’re training at our Jayanagar facility or our Whitefield location, expect an industrial-style environment with high-density EVA mats designed for barefoot grappling.
