About Bodyweight & Outdoor Workouts
Forget air-conditioned treadmills. When we head out for these sessions, we work on grass and uneven ground. This forces your stabilizer muscles to fire up, making every push-up and sprint count for twice as much as a machine workout. If you train with us, expect to get dirty and push until I say saku (enough).

Why We Go Outdoors
- Stability: Training on uneven surfaces like park grounds forces your body to adapt. Your core and stabilizers work overtime to balance, unlike when you are locked into a machine's fixed path.
- Endurance: We use high-intensity intervals that mimic the chaotic, unpredictable energy of a real fight. You will sprint, crawl, and climb, building functional stamina that translates to everyday life.
- Animal Flow: This is our way of keeping joints mobile and fluid. It is not about looking like a bodybuilder; it is about moving like a beast. We focus on quadrupedal movement patterns to improve mobility and strength simultaneously.
Where We Train
We run sessions out of our garage-style facility in Jayanagar 9th Block and conduct weekend bootcamps at the Whitefield United Sports Arena. If you are looking for a sterile environment, this is not it. We train in the heat, we train in the dirt, and we train until the work is done. Whether you are prepping for a competition or just trying to get in shape, we hold everyone to the same standard. You show up, you do the work, and you get better. Simple as that.
