This is where we build the engine. Our approach focuses on functional, real-world strength using tools like hex bars, Smith machines, and kettlebells. We emphasize proper form to build raw power that translates directly to athletic performance and everyday life.

MMA-Based Conditioning

Our conditioning is born from the demands of a real fight. These sessions involve high-intensity interval training (HIIT), heavy bag work, and pad drills designed to push your cardiovascular limits. Expect to hear me yelling 'bega bega' because we train for performance under pressure.

Bodyweight & Outdoor Workouts

We believe in mastering your own bodyweight and using the environment as our gym. This includes calisthenics, animal flow drills, and outdoor circuits. These workouts improve mobility, stability, and endurance without relying on heavy equipment.
