About Workshops, Retreats & Special Events
My workshops are not about perfecting a pose or following a rigid schedule; they are about giving your nervous system a chance to land safely. Whether we are meeting online for a virtual bootcamp or in my studio for a sound bath, the work we do involves specific breathwork and somatic movement designed to release stored tension. You do not need to be an expert to join; you just need to be ready to slow down and listen to what your body is actually asking for.
A Space to Reset and Renew
Life rarely offers us a true pause. My workshops and retreats are designed to fill that gap, offering you a dedicated window to step out of your daily routine and reconnect with yourself. I combine ancient yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic practices—like mandala art therapy and sound healing—to create an experience that addresses your physical, emotional, and energetic needs.
What to Expect
- Nervous System Support: We move slowly. Using techniques like Yin Yoga and specific Pranayama (breathwork), we focus on down-regulating your nervous system. This is particularly helpful if you have been feeling overstimulated or emotionally exhausted.
- Creative Expression: Sometimes words are not enough. We often incorporate mandala art, which helps in focusing the mind and quieting the internal chatter that keeps us from resting.
- Vibrational Healing: In many of my retreats, I use crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. These frequencies are not just for relaxation; they are powerful tools to help you quiet the mind and process deep-seated stress.
- Community: Whether it is a virtual group or an in-person gathering, the power of doing this work alongside other women who are navigating similar life chapters is transformative. You are not just coming for a class; you are joining a supportive circle.
Practical Details
These sessions are flexible and accessible. I offer virtual bootcamps for those who need to practice from home, as well as in-person workshops at my studio in Challaghatta, Bengaluru. If you have been hesitant to join a retreat because you feel you are not 'flexible enough' or 'yoga-ready,' please know that these spaces are explicitly for you. We focus on healing from within, not on how your body looks in a pose.
