My Approach to Healing
My sessions are not about perfecting a pose. They are about using movement to help you process what you are going through. I blend my experience with Yin Yoga, pranayama, and somatic movement to support your body's natural rhythms. How We Work Together
I offer both online and offline sessions from my studio in Challaghatta and across Bengaluru. My programs are structured into focused cohorts so that everyone in the room is working toward similar goals:
- Specialized Group Yoga: 12 live sessions per month, split into streams like Fertility, Prenatal, and Postnatal recovery.
- Menopause & Hormonal Balance: A quarterly program of 36 sessions focusing on bone health, cooling practices, and cortisol reduction.
- Private Therapeutic Sessions: One-on-one 75-minute sessions that combine consultation, sound medicine, and restorative props to address specific concerns like PCOS, IVF support, or general trauma release.
