My path to becoming a transformational healing coach was born from my own life's storms. These experiences shaped my purpose: to create a safe space for women to heal, grow, and find their inner strength.

Sound Healing & Vibrational Medicine

I use the resonant frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to calm the nervous system and restore energetic balance. These sound bath and meditation sessions are a journey into deep relaxation, helping to release emotional blockages and quiet the mind.

Yoga for Every Stage of Womanhood

I support women through all of life's transitions. My specialized programs include preconception care to prepare the body for pregnancy, prenatal yoga for a healthy mom and baby, postnatal recovery to gently heal and restore strength, and menopause support to navigate midlife changes with grace and vitality.
