Healing isn't about mastering perfect poses; it is about meeting your body exactly where it is today. Whether you are navigating the fatigue of early motherhood or managing the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, we start by using restorative props like bolsters and wall ropes to support your nervous system. This ensures every movement is grounded, safe, and tailored to your current energy levels, rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all schedule.

My approach integrates the wisdom of yoga with the practical needs of modern life. I look at the whole picture, focusing on Ahara (nourishment), Vihara (lifestyle), and Vichara (thought patterns) to help you find balance.

Specialized Phases of Care

  • Fertility & Preconception: We build a strong foundation for both partners. It is not just about the physical practice but creating a calm environment for conception, including targeted breathwork to lower cortisol levels.
  • Pregnancy (Prenatal): My prenatal sessions focus on comfort and connection. We work on maintaining flexibility and strength while addressing specific needs like pelvic health and labor preparation. Integration of Garbha Sanskar helps create a peaceful space for your growing baby.
  • Postnatal Recovery: The first weeks and months require kindness, not pressure. We focus on gentle core engagement, C-section recovery, and healing from the inside out, moving at a pace that respects your body’s need to rest.
  • Menopause & Hormonal Balance: This is a sacred transition. My sessions for women in their 40s and 50s focus on bone health, managing hot flashes through Sheetali pranayama, and using Yin yoga to regulate the nervous system.

How We Work Together

I offer live interactive sessions in small cohorts—either online via Zoom or at my studio in Challaghatta, Bengaluru. By keeping groups small, I can provide real-time adjustments, whether you are dealing with SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) or recovering from a C-section. Every session concludes with Mantra Chanting and Yoga Nidra to ensure you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
