About My Practice & Class Offerings
While the photos show the poses, my sessions are built around real-time modifications. If you are recovering from a C-section or dealing with conditions like SPD, I use props like wall ropes and bolsters to support you safely. You do not need to be flexible to start, you just need to show up exactly where you are today.
Whether you are navigating the physical changes of pregnancy or managing the hormonal shifts of menopause, my approach remains grounded in compassion. I combine Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga with pranayama and sound healing to address more than just physical fitness.
My Approach to Healing
- Personalized Therapeutic Yoga: If you are dealing with chronic stress or recovery, we start with a 15-minute assessment to tailor a protocol that works for your body. I specialize in IVF support, PCOS management, and trauma release, ensuring that your practice is always safe and sustainable.
- Prenatal and Postnatal Care: My sessions are designed for specific chapters of motherhood. From preparing for labor with Garbha Sanskar to focusing on core healing after delivery, I provide real-time guidance on posture correction.
- Menopause Support: For women navigating this transition, my quarterly program focuses on bone density and cortisol reduction through targeted Yin Yoga holds and cooling breathwork.
I believe healing is a journey between strength and surrender. My sessions are not about achieving the perfect pose, but about listening to what your body needs in this moment.
