About this collection
Since I am a physiotherapist by training, I don't just teach steps—I make sure every hop, jump, and twist is actually safe for your joints. You don't need to be a professional dancer to join; most of our regulars walked in without any prior experience, and now they are the ones leading the choreography during our studio workshops.
I started this because I believe fitness should never feel like a chore. You will find us mixing it up between Bollywood freestyle, high-intensity Zumba, and even semi-classical flows. It is all about creating a space where you can let go, sweat it out, and actually enjoy the process of getting fitter.
Because my background is in physiotherapy, I am always keeping an eye on your form. We skip the unnecessary high-impact stress on your knees and focus on functional movement that makes you stronger in your daily life. Whether you are visiting us at our Padmanabhanagar studio or our Anjanapura location, the vibe remains the same: supportive, loud, and full of energy.
We break down every step so even if you feel like you have two left feet, you will be dancing confidently in no time. Our community is not about being perfect; it is about showing up. From quick weekend workshops where you learn a full routine to our long-term batches, there is a spot for you here. Hi, I’m Nisha. I’m a physiotherapist and a fitness coach who genuinely believes that dance is the best way to stay fit. I run these sessions with a lot of heart, making sure you get a great workout that doesn't feel like a heavy training session.
