About Dance Fitness Fun

Since I am a physiotherapist by training, I don't just teach steps—I make sure every hop, jump, and twist is actually safe for your joints. You don't need to be a professional dancer to join; most of our regulars walked in without any prior experience, and now they are the ones leading the choreography during our studio workshops.
