About Kids' Fitness & Fun Camps
We don't believe in using heavy gym machines for children. Instead, our camps focus on functional movement, agility, and coordination by using props like hoops, cones, and balance beams, ensuring every session feels like a game rather than a structured workout.
Why Physio-Led Movement Matters
As a physiotherapist, I see firsthand how modern lifestyles affect kids. My approach to children's fitness is simple: we prioritize motor skill development and joint health over rigorous exercise. By incorporating activities like animal flow, kids' yoga, and dance, we help children improve their posture and balance naturally.
What Happens at Our Camps
Our sessions are designed to keep children engaged and screen-free. We rotate between different activities to ensure they stay active without getting bored:
- Physical Activity: Yoga for flexibility, high-energy dance choreography, and fun obstacle courses that teach spatial awareness.
- Creative Arts: Daily art and craft sessions that provide a mental break and allow for self-expression.
- Social & Drama: We include acting and drama workshops to boost confidence and public speaking skills.
Practical Details for Parents
Our camps run Monday through Friday, typically from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. We maintain small group sizes to ensure every child gets proper attention and correction. Whether your child is a toddler or a pre-teen, we segregate batches by age to make sure the pace is safe and enjoyable.
We operate in Bangalore at our studios in Padmanabhanagar and Anjanapura (Shadows Dance Studio). Every camper receives a certificate of participation at the end of the program, and we host an in-studio showcase so you can see exactly what they have learned. It is all about celebrating the small wins and helping your little ones fall in love with being active.
