About this collection
Joining our sessions is not just about showing up for a workout. Whether you are recovering from an injury with our physio-led routines or joining us for a Skandagiri trek, you are walking into a support system that celebrates every small win, from your first plank to your consistency over months.
We built this space in Padmanabhanagar and Anjanapura because we know that staying consistent with fitness is hard on your own. When you walk into our studio, you will not find rows of complex, intimidating machines. Instead, you will find people—teachers, moms, professionals, and students—who are there to move, have fun, and keep each other accountable.
Our philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. We focus on functional, joint-safe workouts designed by a physiotherapist, so you are always moving safely. But we also know life happens outside the gym. That is why our community events, like weekend treks to local peaks, potlucks, and festival celebrations, are just as important as our core strength classes. We believe in building a tribe where your presence is valued, your progress is tracked, and your support crew is always just a high-five away. Whether you need prenatal fitness, physiotherapy for recovery, or just a high-energy dance cardio session to shake off a long day, you are welcome here.

I am Nisha, a physiotherapist and fitness coach who believes movement is magic. I started this studio to create a place where you do not feel judged, only supported by a tribe that pushes you to be your best, whether we are in the gym or out on a trek.
