This video shows the complete structure of our group Zumba workout. We start with high-energy dance, move to strength-building floor exercises, and end with important stretches for a balanced fitness routine.

Here I am with one of my students, breaking down the steps to a fun Bollybeats routine. My classes are for all levels, and I make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident with the choreography.

About A Peek Inside Our Dance Fitness Sessions

We don’t just play music and leave you to figure it out. Every hour-long session is carefully structured: we start with high-energy Zumba or Bollybeats to get the heart rate up, and finish the last 15 minutes with floor exercises like planks and targeted toning using light weights. You’ll walk out sweaty, but definitely smiling.
