About A Peek Inside Our Dance Fitness Sessions
We don’t just play music and leave you to figure it out. Every hour-long session is carefully structured: we start with high-energy Zumba or Bollybeats to get the heart rate up, and finish the last 15 minutes with floor exercises like planks and targeted toning using light weights. You’ll walk out sweaty, but definitely smiling.
Why Our Classes Are Different
If you find the gym intimidating or boring, you'll feel right at home here. We believe fitness should feel like a dance jam, not a punishment. Our studio in Tejaswini Nagar is equipped with wood-finish flooring and LED lighting to set the right party mood for every session.
What You Will Do
- Zumba & Bollybeats: We mix Latin rhythms with high-energy Bollywood tracks to keep things fresh. It is a full-body cardio session that burns calories while you have fun.
- Strength & Toning: We don't skip the core work. We dedicate the final portion of every class to strength-building exercises using 1kg to 2.5kg vinyl dumbbells and mats, ensuring you tone up while you lose weight.
It Is About the Community
This isn't a place where you just scan your card and leave. We celebrate birthdays, festivals, and small wins together. Most of our members start as strangers and end up as a team. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced dancer, my classes are designed to be judgment-free zones where you can just be yourself. We track your progress informally, but the real metric we care about is how you feel when you walk out the door.
