I don't just teach choreography; we do a full cardio mashup. You'll switch between standard Zumba, high-energy Bollywood, and local Tamil Kuthu or Kannada tracks, which means you're burning calories through movement without even realizing you're working out.

It's never just 'left, right, step'. My in-person classes are designed to be a total cardio reset. Whether you show up at Yoh Fitness in Richards Town or join us at Gun Fitness in Hebbal, the flow is the same: 60 minutes of high-intensity movement disguised as a dance party.

I keep the playlist unpredictable. One minute you're doing a classic Zumba base, the next we're diving into a high-energy Tamil Kuthu or Kannada rap track.
