I’m Nisha, and for me, movement is honestly the best medicine. If you’re tired of machines and want actual hands-on guidance, you’ve come to the right place. My approach is all about simple, effective movement. No fancy equipment or shortcuts - just focused, exercise-based physio rehab and manual therapy that helps your body do what it’s built for.
What I Do
- Sessions are all about restoring function and strength with targeted exercises.
- I use manual therapy, resistance bands, foam rollers, stability balls, TRX - basically, whatever helps you move better.
- No electrical gadgets or passive treatments - swalpa sweat, swalpa effort, but it works.
Who I Work With
- Folks recovering from injuries or post-surgery (post-surgery physiotherapy especially for knee, spine, shoulder).
- Anyone with nagging pain - back, neck, joint, you name it.
- Stroke/neuro rehab needing long-term, at-home help.
- Athletes (even beginners) looking for sports injury rehabilitation or to avoid injuries.
- Corporate types stuck at a desk all day - I do workplace wellness sessions too.

My Story
Hey, we’re Body Edit Fitness. Life’s always moving here – from physio to dance, now chasing my little one! Started our studio back in college, wild times. Just became a mom, shared my pregnancy journey with everyone – belly dancing at 24 weeks, exercising till 35. Not all rosy, hair fall and tired days, but grateful for my support crew. Now, back to fitness as a new mom, building strength from scratch. Biggest win? Our mini-me!
