Physio-Led Adult Functional Fitness
Clinical Workout Structure
- Physio-Designed Regimen: Daily workouts structured by a Physiotherapist/ACE Master Trainer focusing on posture correction, injury prevention, and joint health.
- Batch Flexibility: Access to multiple morning (5:45 AM - 10:00 AM) and evening (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) slots across Padmanabhanagar and Anjanapura.
Class Variety
- Strength & Conditioning: Dumbbell training, circuit loops, and bootcamp style sessions.
- Suspension & Core: TRX bodyweight training, Pilates (Mat and Ring), and Stability Ball exercises.
- Flow & Cardio: Yoga, Aerial Yoga basics, Animal Flow, Zumba, and Step Aerobics.

- Progress Monitoring: Quarterly BMI checks, inch-loss measurement, and movement screening.

4-Week Multi-Activity Summer Camp
Camp Structure
- Duration: 4-week intensive program running Monday through Friday.
- Timing: 3.5 hours daily (typically 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM), totaling ~70 contact hours.

- Physical Activity: Kids Yoga for flexibility and high-energy Dance choreography.
- Creative Arts: Daily Art & Craft projects with all materials provided.

What Movement Means to Me
For me, fitness is simple - movement is medicine, and it can be fun. Being a physiotherapist and fitness coach, my main focus is always on making movement safe and effective, not just tough for the sake of it. I know how important it is to avoid injury and build healthy habits, so I keep things practical.
Our Community Vibe
Joining us isn’t just about signing up for women’s group workout classes or a gym routine. It's joining a bunch of people who love to move and celebrate small wins together. We cheer each other on, whether it’s your first plank or your hundredth. Honestly, our classes feel more like a hangout than a serious bootcamp.
What We Do in Class
You’ll never get bored here. We mix up everything - functional strength training for groups, TRX, bootcamp, animal flow, and even kickboxing. If you want to dance, there’s Bollywood dance fitness sessions, Zumba, and even festival-themed Dandiya cardio. For flexibility, we go deep with Pilates, yoga (yes, even aerial!), and partner flows.
Kids aren’t left out either - we run kids dance and fitness camps, plus art and yoga sessions during holidays.
How You Join In
You can find us in Bangalore studios or online if that’s easier. I always tweak workouts for different fitness levels, so you don’t have to worry about “keeping up.” My goal is to make these classes something you look forward to, not dread.

My Story
Hey, we’re Body Edit Fitness. Life’s always moving here – from physio to dance, now chasing my little one! Started our studio back in college, wild times. Just became a mom, shared my pregnancy journey with everyone – belly dancing at 24 weeks, exercising till 35. Not all rosy, hair fall and tired days, but grateful for my support crew. Now, back to fitness as a new mom, building strength from scratch. Biggest win? Our mini-me!
