About this collection

In my dance fitness sessions, we do not just count reps. We use popular South Indian and Bollywood hook steps as our cardio loops, which means you get a full-body workout without feeling like you are trapped on a treadmill. Every class is designed to make the hour fly by, so you leave sweating but smiling.

Why This Workout Works

I designed these sessions at Thandavika for people who want to stay active but find the gym too repetitive. The format is simple: we cycle through high-tempo Kannada and Bollywood tracks, keeping your heart rate up for the full 60 minutes. Because we use actual dance routines rather than static exercises, you focus on the rhythm instead of the strain.

What You Get in the Studio

  • The Right Environment: We train in an air-conditioned studio with shock-absorbent wooden laminate flooring. This is crucial for protecting your joints during jumps and quick footwork.
  • Structured Intensity: We cap groups at 15-20 people. This keeps the energy high while ensuring everyone has enough floor space to move freely without bumping into each other.
  • Functional Training: It is not just dancing. We integrate functional movements using gym balls and mats to make sure you are building core strength alongside your cardio.

Who Should Join?

These classes are open to anyone. You do not need to be a dancer to join. If you can move to a beat and want to break a sweat in a judgment-free space, you are ready. We keep the vibe light, the music loud, and the energy high.
