About Fun with Dance & Zumba
Don't worry about being a professional dancer. In my sessions, we focus on high-repetition movements designed to keep your heart rate up for fat loss, not perfect steps. You’ll see me switching between cardio-heavy aerobics and popular Bollywood beats, so even if you miss a step, just keep moving. It’s all about consistent movement rather than precision.
Why Bollywood Zumba?
Most people quit fitness because it feels like a chore. That is why I introduced my Bollywood Tadka Zumba classes. By combining fitness principles with the music you already love, the 60 minutes fly by. You are not just doing repetitive gym sets; you are dancing, which helps reduce cortisol levels and makes it easier to stay consistent.
What to Expect in Class
My studio batches at Fit N Fab in Rohini are designed for women of all fitness levels. We start with a gentle warm-up, move into high-intensity Bollywood choreography, and finish with a cool-down stretch.
- Intensity: The sessions are high-repetition, which is perfect for burning fat without heavy lifting.
- No Equipment Needed: Just bring your water bottle, a towel, and comfortable sneakers.
- Community: We are a group of 15-25 women. There is no judgment here, only support.
