I'm a physiotherapist and fitness coach with over a decade of experience. My approach is simple: I build strength through safe, functional movement rather than complicated machines.

Whether I'm guiding a stroke recovery patient or coaching a dance student, my priority is always 'joint-safe' movement that respects your body's limits and improves your daily quality of life.
