My Philosophy: Movement as Medicine
I'm a physiotherapist and fitness coach with over a decade of experience. My approach is simple: I build strength through safe, functional movement rather than complicated machines.

About this collection
I don't believe in quick fixes or complex machinery. My approach is rooted in functional anatomy—using your own body weight to build strength that lasts. Whether I'm guiding a stroke recovery patient or coaching a dance student, my priority is always 'joint-safe' movement that respects your body's limits and improves your daily quality of life.
From College Studio to Community Tribe
I started my studio when I was in my second year of college because I wanted to prove that fitness shouldn't be intimidating. Over the years, that small start has grown into Body Edit, a space where we treat exercise not as a chore, but as a lifestyle.
Why My Physio Background Matters
Being a physiotherapist fundamentally changes how I coach. I look at movement differently. In our classes, we don't just 'work out'—we assess, align, and strengthen. Whether you are lifting weights, doing Pilates, or joining our dance fitness sessions, I ensure the intensity is scaled to your specific physical needs. This is why I focus heavily on injury prevention, posture correction, and joint health rather than just burning calories.
Real Life, Real Movement
My personal journey—including managing a studio while studying, recovering postpartum, and judging dance competitions—has taught me that life doesn't stop for a workout. That's why I create programs that fit into real schedules. Whether you need prenatal pilates, recovery therapy, or high-energy group training, my goal is to make healthy living accessible.
We don't do 'gadget-heavy' routines. We use movement to help you get stronger, feel better, and move with confidence in your daily life. If you're ready to start, I'm here to help you get there.
