My Approach
Movement is medicine. As a physiotherapist and fitness coach, I bring personal experience from my own pregnancy and recovery. I know it's tough sometimes - not just physically, but mentally too. The journey is different for everyone, and I'm here to guide you with empathy and practical advice.
Pre-Natal Fitness
- We focus on safe pregnancy exercises - nothing risky, nothing fancy, just what actually works.
- Building strength for labour and daily life, not just for looks.
- Simple movements using stability balls and light weights, the same ones I did till 35 weeks.
- Managing pain and discomfort with targeted exercises, so you can feel better each day.
Post-Natal Recovery
- My 3-month online gentle postnatal recovery program is built for new moms who barely have time for themselves.
- Functional strength for new moms - lifting, carrying, feeding, all those daily tasks.
- Postpartum core strengthening - slow and steady, swalpa swalpa (little by little), we get your core back in shape.
- Focused pain management for back, neck, knees.
- Nutrition tips that fit real life, even if you're breastfeeding and juggling a million chores.

My Story
Hey, we’re Body Edit Fitness. Life’s always moving here – from physio to dance, now chasing my little one! Started our studio back in college, wild times. Just became a mom, shared my pregnancy journey with everyone – belly dancing at 24 weeks, exercising till 35. Not all rosy, hair fall and tired days, but grateful for my support crew. Now, back to fitness as a new mom, building strength from scratch. Biggest win? Our mini-me!
