About this collection
We don't use heavy machines here because real strength comes from movement, not equipment. As a physiotherapist, I design every workout to be joint-safe and injury-proof, which is why our classes work for everyone from complete beginners to those recovering from an injury.
Our Approach: Movement Over Machines
Fitness shouldn't be about intimidating gym gear. At Body Edit, we strip away the gadgets and focus on functional movement. Because I am a physiotherapist, my programming is rooted in biomechanics. Whether we are doing TRX, mat Pilates, or circuit training, the goal is always the same: posture correction, injury prevention, and building strength that actually helps you in daily life.
More Than a Workout
Our studio in Padmanabhanagar and our partnership at Shadows Dance Studio in Anjanapura are not just places to sweat. They are community spaces. We believe in building a 'tribe' where small wins are celebrated. If you are nervous about starting, don't be. I modify every exercise for different fitness levels, so you never have to worry about 'keeping up' with the group.

- Physio-Led Support: We specialize in pre-natal pilates and post-partum recovery, using my own experience to guide you through these transitions safely.
