About High-Energy Bollywood Fitness
You do not need to be a pro dancer to join. My sessions are designed for everyone, whether you are looking to burn 500+ calories or just want to shake off some workday stress. We use synthetic or wooden flooring in our partner studios to keep your joints safe while we groove to the latest hits, so just come as you are.
My classes are not about perfecting steps, they are about the vibe. I created my 'Bollytwist' style to bridge the gap between structured Zumba and freestyle dance. We start with a high-intensity cardio warmup, move into catchy Bollywood chartbusters, and finish with a cool-down.
What to expect:
- 60-minute cardio: A continuous flow designed to burn 500+ calories per session.
- Inclusive space: There is no pressure for perfect form. If you miss a beat, we just laugh and keep going.
