I run dance fitness classes at our Rajajinagar studio because I get bored with routine workouts too. Here, we do away with serious gym vibes and bring in loads of masti (fun) - so you actually look forward to moving. My sessions are full of energy, music, and laughter. Trust me, it's way more than just burning calories.
We mix things up every time. Most days, we start with Zumba for beginners, jumping into trending Bollywood dance workout tracks like 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' or sometimes South hits. You follow along, no dance experience needed. Then there's aerobic step workout sessions for those who want to tone their legs and get a solid cardio boost without hurting their knees. Plus, I add targeted toning - you’ll work your tummy, sides, arms, and more, doing 20 reps for 3 sets. We just keep it real, and nobody judges.
Honestly, absolutely anyone. My group fitness classes are open to ladies and gents, all ages. Some folks have never danced before, but everyone finds their groove.
Our space is bright and roomy, with mirrors so you can watch your moves and improve. It’s clean, lively, and you’ll always find a friendly crowd. I say, let’s naacho (dance) and feel fitter - Jai Bholenath!
