Yin Yoga & Weekend Resets
My weekend workshops are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. We use long held Yin poses, sometimes blended with gentle Yang flows or Yoga Nidra, to work on deep connective tissues and promote profound relaxation.
