About Yoga & Wellness Retreats
Why I Host Retreats
For me, yoga is more than moving on a mat - it's a way to reset and feel grounded. These retreats are my way of taking that feeling out into wild places, away from the usual routine. I started this because I wanted others to experience how travel can spark growth, not just relaxation.
What Makes Us Different
- Not your typical chill holiday - this is for anyone who likes to move and explore.
- We pick spots deep in nature, so it's easier to switch off and recharge.
- Expect daily yoga plus activities like mindful trekking experiences and outdoor pranayama sessions.
- You get time to figure out what feels right for your own body and mind, with no pressure to be perfect.
Example: Bhutan Retreat
One of my favourite trips is our Himalayan yoga retreat in Bhutan. We start mornings with yoga overlooking the hills, breathe in fresh mountain air, and practise pranayama. The days mix hiking, rafting, and soaking up local culture, with food that’s straight from the region. It’s a full-on adventure, not just a retreat.
Who Usually Joins
If you want a real adventure yoga holiday where you stretch, breathe, and explore (sometimes outside your comfort zone), you’ll fit right in. There’s no need to be a pro at yoga. Bring your curiosity and a sense of fun - the rest follows.
Stretch. Breathe. Repeat. And explore with us.

My Story
Started this journey back in 2015. My mat’s always been my escape, my therapy, especially when life gets noisy. When lockdown hit, Nikaya Yoga went online—suddenly, our yogatribe stretched from Bangalore to LA. I’ve watched folks ditch painkillers, trust their bodies again. Retreats in places like Bhutan? Pure magic. For me, yoga’s not just poses—it’s about finding joy, introspection, even when life throws curveballs.
