Why I Practice
Yoga, for me, is not about touching your toes or nailing that Insta-perfect posture. It’s about giving yourself space - mentally and physically. I don’t expect anyone to be perfect. Some days, you’ll wobble, maybe even topple over! The only thing that actually matters is showing up and finding what feels good for your own body.
Class Types - Something for Every Body
- Begin Yoga (Level 1): If you’re new or coming back after a break, this is gentle and slow. We build strength and flexibility at your pace.
- Slow and Strong: More movement, more breath, more focus. Good if you want a challenge but aren’t rushing into splits.
- Nikaya Flow / Intense & Resolute: For regulars, ready to sweat and explore advanced poses. We push limits, but mindfully.
- Gentle & Accessible Yoga: Props, slow moves, lots of care. Great if you’re older, injured, or just want to take it easy.
- Chair Yoga for seniors and desk workers: Yup, we do Surya Namaskar on chairs! Perfect if you want adaptive yoga practice or have limited mobility.
How We Practice
- Virtual yoga sessions: Live online classes with a community feel. Missed one? You get a recording for 48 hours.
- In-person classes (Bangalore): Practicing together in real studios. The vibe is different - more energy, more connection.
- Personalized yoga instruction: Private sessions if you want help with specific goals, injuries, or just prefer one-on-one.
Prenatal & Postnatal Support
I offer private yoga for expecting and new moms. We focus on breathing, pelvic strength, and recovery - it’s all about supporting you through the journey.

My Story
Started this journey back in 2015. My mat’s always been my escape, my therapy, especially when life gets noisy. When lockdown hit, Nikaya Yoga went online—suddenly, our yogatribe stretched from Bangalore to LA. I’ve watched folks ditch painkillers, trust their bodies again. Retreats in places like Bhutan? Pure magic. For me, yoga’s not just poses—it’s about finding joy, introspection, even when life throws curveballs.
