This is a look into my immersive workshop on navigating perimenopause and menopause with the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. We create a supportive space to understand our changing bodies, using specific asanas and pranayama to find balance and calm. It’s about empowering you through this natural transition.
About Yoga & Ayurveda for Menopause
These workshops go beyond the mat. We combine daily practice with in-depth discussions on Ayurveda, looking at lifestyle routines and specific pranayama techniques that help manage the physical and emotional shifts during menopause.
Navigating perimenopause and menopause can feel overwhelming. My approach is to move away from generic fitness flows and focus on what your body actually needs right now. In these immersive two-day modules, I bring in specialized partners to bridge the gap between traditional yoga and Ayurvedic science.
What to Expect
We structure these sessions to be educational and restorative. You will get:
- Targeted Asana: We focus on postures that support the endocrine system and lower chakras, providing relief when you feel drained or anxious.
- Ayurvedic Wisdom: We move beyond the physical with tips on diet, daily routines (dinacharya), and self-care practices that align with your current hormonal needs.
- Small Group Setting: Hosted in quiet, boutique studios across Bangalore, these workshops are capped at 12 to 15 students. This ensures you get hands-on support and the space to ask questions without feeling rushed.
- Take-Home Resources: You won't just leave with a memory of the session. You receive printed handouts, sequence sheets, and summary guides so you can continue the practice at home.
This is not a space for high-intensity workouts. It is a space to pause, learn, and give your body the kindness it deserves during this transition.
