Life gets noisy. These weekend workshops are your dedicated pause button, using long-held Yin poses to release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and help you return to your center.

My "Weekend Reset" workshops are an invitation to slow down and find stillness. These sessions focus on Yin Yoga, a practice of long, passive holds that release deep tension and rejuvenate your body and mind. It's the perfect way to pause and reconnect with yourself.

In this Yin Yoga workshop, we focus on poses that stimulate the meridian lines associated with a healthy immune system. By holding poses that target the liver, lungs, and spleen meridians, we help remove blockages and encourage clean energy flow to boost overall wellness.

This session explores a "Yin Vinyasa," where we string together yin poses to flow like a more active class, but at a much slower pace. It’s a beautiful way to experience the meditative quality of yin while still feeling a sense of gentle movement and sequence.

Experience the best of both worlds with a Yin and Yang flow. We begin with a dynamic, active practice to build heat and strength, then transition into longer, passive yin holds to calm the nervous system. The session concludes with Yoga Nidra for deep, conscious rest.

About Yin Yoga & Weekend Resets

These are not standard drop-in classes. My weekend sessions are deep-dive containers, whether held online via Zoom or in-person at boutique Bangalore venues, focused on specific outcomes like immune system support or nervous system regulation. You will receive a 75 to 90-minute immersive experience, and if you miss the live Saturday slot, you get a 48-hour recording window to practice at your own pace.
