About Yoga Classes & Workshops
I don’t run yoga classes for Instagram likes. What I offer is the real thing - yoga as a science of life, not just a bunch of flashy poses. If you’re looking for a casual, "kafi kudiyoke hogona ba guru" (let’s just chill and do yoga) kind of vibe, this probably isn’t your spot. You have to be ready to put in the work, physically and mentally.
How We Practice
- We practice authentic Hatha Yoga.
- Every class is instructor-led, so you get hands-on yoga instruction, not just someone demoing at the front.
- Alignment matters. I use props like ropes, blocks, and chairs with everyone - not just beginners. It’s about doing each posture right and safe.
- Asana and pranayama go together here. You’ll learn to connect your movement and breath, making the practice like a moving meditation.
What to Expect
- Daily Group Classes: For building discipline. All levels welcome - from first-timers to those who’ve been at it for years. I run special sessions for seniors and pre-natal too.
- Yoga Workshops for Advanced Practitioners: More intense, deep-dives into things like backbends, hip-opening, arm balances, handstands, and more. Usually these are multi-day or weekend series, focusing on technique and precision.
This path isn’t always easy. It asks for commitment and sometimes it’s tough. But it’s honest, and if you stick with it, you’ll find strength, stability, and a lot more clarity in your life.

My Story
You want my story? It starts with questions, like in the Panchatantra. Can a crow and mouse be friends? We talk about such things in class - not just as stories, but real lessons. For me, yoga is more than bending and stretching. Students come for asanas, but stay for the deeper journey. My TTC isn’t selfie yoga, it’s about discipline, theory, and finding real friendship with yourself. Some who came as students now teach. That’s the joy, watching yoga friendship grow, slowly, like a shadow.
