You do not need a fight record to train with us. We integrate combat drills into our strength and conditioning philosophy, meaning every session is designed to make you faster, tougher, and more resilient. You will spend as much time working your form on the heavy bag as you will on your foundations, because we prioritize technique and injury prevention over ego-lifting.

- Functional Integration: We often pair heavy bag intervals with compound lifts or explosive movements. This ensures you are not just hitting hard, but hitting with the power generated from a strong posterior chain.
- Safe Scaling: Whether you are walking in for the first time or you are an experienced athlete, our coaches scale the intensity. You go at your pace, but we ensure you are always outside your comfort zone.
